HOW DO WE DO IT?

INTERVIEW

Spearheaded by our system's advanced search tools-our interview process that identify key attributes required by our clients.

SCREEN

All candidates are pre-screened based on basic industry requirements. Advanced level positions are pre-screened under our 3 tier level screening process.

​

VERIFY

Candidates who  advanced past the screening process will undergo a multi-state criminal background check, education & certification check, professional reference check, and substance abuse check. 

TEST

We test our candidate's job skills and industry knowledge. The results are provided to the client in a summarized report in their talent profile.
